Civitanova Marche is a charming town in the province of Macerata. It is a very popular touristic destination and it is also near to Conero Riviera.

The Civitanova Marche beaches are clean and well equipe and this is an important aspect for tourists that want an healthy and enjoyable holiday. Civitanova Marche has many facilities as hotels, residence, bed and breakfast, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Civitanova Marche is also interesting for its cultural aspect, in fact, there are many historic and artistic buildings as: Palazzo Ducale Cesarini-Sforza built in the XVI century on a previous building ruins; the gardens in Piazza XX settembre; Lido Cluana  an elegant build in liberty style; Villa Conti built in 1910 and it was completely destroyed during the World War II and then it was rebuilt again and Villa Eugenia was built by Napoleone I in the eighteenth century. Indeed, the walls are in excellent condition and they are of the fifteenth century. The San Marone Church isin San Marone district with a Romanesque style and it was built on the site of the patron saint martyrdom. The original building of St. Augustine church is the XIII century and it was initially dedicated to St. Anthony. In the eighteenth century, the church was rebuilt and dedicated to St. Augustine. The St Francisco Church was built in the fourteenth century and it is now a multimedia space for meetings, screenings and exhibitions. The St. Apostle Paul Church was built in the seventeenth century and it is located on the ancient RenaissanceCollegiate.

Among the different traditions, in June, that are in Civitanova Marche the traditional Sea Festival where it is possible to taste the ancient recipes of fish in the area.
